Issuance of a license to an employee of a County Social Service Agency, Human Service Center, Department of Human Services or an agency that arranges placements and monitors the placement in an Adult Foster Care facility is not prohibited provided all established standards are met. The decision to license should involve evaluating and taking into consideration conflicts of interest that might arise.
